A Pro Booting LLC provides private property vehicle immobilization services across designated enforcement zones. By using our services or submitting payment, you agree to the following terms and policies in full.

 Refund & Cancellation Policy

All enforcement actions by A Pro Booting LLC are final and non-refundable.
Once a boot has been applied to a vehicle, the enforcement process is considered fully completed.

Boot removal is only authorized after full verified payment is received.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstance except in cases of verified non-compliance with local ordinances.

Any refund request due to under local Georgia ordinance law must be submitted in writing to info@aprobooting.net and include:
→ License plate number
→ Exact time and location of the incident
→ Payment receipt or proof of transaction

Chargebacks:
Initiating a chargeback after receiving boot removal may result in:

• Legal dispute escalation

• Placement on enforcement watchlists

• Administrative and recovery fees

All chargebacks are challenged with timestamped documentation and photographic proof.

By interacting with A Pro Booting LLC or submitting payment, you agree to the following:

1. Service Finality – Immobilization (booting) is a completed enforcement action. Payment activates boot removal only.

2. No Interference – Tampering with any immobilization device may result in additional charges, legal action, and property bans.

3. Documentation – All activity is recorded with timestamped photos, location data, and technician logs.

4. Property Enforcement – Parking on private property constitutes acceptance of all posted rules and potential enforcement.

5. Dispute Process – All disputes must be submitted in writing to info@aprobooting.net.

6. No Verbal Agreements – Verbal promises made on-site do not override these written terms.

7. Jurisdiction – These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

You waive the right to dispute enforcement based on ignorance of signage or property policy.
